1988
Jun. 1988 Wedtex Industrial Corp. was founded; mainly engaged in wholesale business of lace and fabrics.
1991
Feb. 1991 Sunflower Lace (HK Branch) Company was founded for expanding the export business.
1992
Dec. 1992 Wedtex Factory in Changping, Dongguan was established to carry out the processing of beading and cording for embroidery lace.
1997
Aug. 1997 Dongguan Wedtex Fashion Co. LTD was founded
With the self-built factory of 10,000 square meters in area, Wedtex officially transformed into a lace and accessories manufacturer offering one-stop services in design, production and marketing.
2006
Jun. 2006 Yongzhon Ming Fashion Corp., a branch fnctory in Hunan was established.
With a factory area of 12,000 square meters, the new factory further increased the production capacity and reduced the production cost.
2009
Aug. 2009 Sun-Flower Embroidery Factory was established, the first factory in Myanmar.
2010
Apr. 2010 Expansion of production capacity in Myanmar. Mingtex (Myanmar) Industrial Corp. was established in the Hliang Thaya Industrial Zone as the Group's headquarter in Myanmar. The factory has a total area of 20,000 M2.
2013
Jun 2013 To contribute to society, Sheng Xin Library was established in Changhua, Taiwan to provide a good studying environment for students.
Oct 2013 “Yongzhou Ming Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.” was established in Hunan. A twin 23-storey commercial-residential combined building was launched in 2015 and sold successfully. It was the first re-investment project of Wedtex.
Nov. 2013 Sun-flower Lace (Myanmar) Corp. was the first legally-owned foreign company from Taiwan receiving operation license in the MIP industrial zone since the opening of Myanmar to the world.
2016
Dec. 2016 Jerry Textile (Myanmar) was established serving as a dyeing and finishing factory for lace and fabrics. It is the only company in Myanmar that can export fabrics.
2018
Jan 2018 Golden Myanmar Investment Company was established. The Company officially signed a letter of Intent with the Myanmar government in May 2019 to obtain the development license for the Htantabin Technology Park. The total land area is 1,800 acres,covering industrial, commercial, residential and entertainment development projects.
